Neighborhood Watch

With the support of the Mount Laurel Police Department, Mount Laurel communities have organized Neighborhood Watch Organizations. Is your neighborhood among them?
The areas with active neighborhood watch groups are as follows:
Birchfield | Brettonwood | Brittany Lakes | Countryside |
Holiday Village | Holiday Village East | Delancey Commons | Innisfree |
Laurel Creek | Laurel Ponds | Laurelwood | Laurel Place |
Mill Run | Park Place | Parkers Creek | Pheasant Mere |
Ramblewood | Ramblewood Farms | Ramblewood Mews | Rancocas Woods |
Renaissance | Springwood Green | Springwood Village | Stonegate Condos |
Stonemill Court | Timbercrest | Tree Houses | Tricia Meadows |
Union Mill Terrace | Willow Turn | Amberfield |
The residents in these areas have taken the initiative to participate in the “Neighborhood Watch” program. Neighborhood Watch members provide additional eyes and ears to our police department to prevent or report crime. Statistics show that strong neighborhood watch communities have lower crime rates. Join your neighborhood watch today. You don’t have to leave your home to participate. All you have to do is contact the police when you see or hear anything suspicious.
Is there no neighborhood watch in your area?
All that is necessary to start one is a group of interested residents in a development, on a street or block. Contact the Mount Laurel Police Department at 856-234-1414 Ext: 1507. Orientation training meetings are held throughout the year on an as needed basis. All meetings are held in the Mount Laurel Meeting Center at 7PM.
If you are interested, contact the Police Department at 856-234-1414 Ext: 1507 or send us an email at [email protected]
Neighborhood Watch quarterly coordinators meetings are held on the third Tuesday of odd months. The sessions are held at 7:00PM at the Mount Laurel Community Center, 100 Mount Laurel Road. Town Watch training sessions are done on a reservation only basis.
